I love octopus! Once, before I started to prepare the octopus, I decided to read what the "Joy of Cooking" said about it. I had a big laugh: they talked about "the hideous creature". I made an octopus rissotto that time. I got applause from my guests.

The camel is not common here. I can only see it when I am in the zoo. Therefore, I don't have a chance to try the camel's meat. I don't know how it tastes. I love China

I haven't try it yet yes Camel is eaten in Middle East because it is abundant there. The meat of the camel is also healthy and the milk is also nutritious like cow's milk.

Camel's milk is more nutritious than cow's milk because Camel milk is lower in fat and cholesterol, but more rich potassium, iron and minerals such as sodium and magnesium. And did you know, that some milk proteins are not found in cow's milk, even if it is found only slightly while in camel's milk, the protein is found more much. Camel's milk does not need to be cooked until boiling like a cow or goat's milk. Camel's milk, rich in taste, must be taken slowly to allow the stomach digest it

Yes ,i have eaten kababs made from camels meat.It was very tasty .Camels meat is salty ,so salt is added in less quantity. The kababs were sent by my friend and the taste was divine.I have not eaten anything strange but one other online friend says that he eats cockroaches and lizard tails. They even eat new born mice . Caterpillars and worms are also fried with onion and tomatoes in oil. What do you say ?Strange or ..................?

Yes I have eat Camel's meat - this is good but which portion I eat found with little fiber inside meat. During our Qurbani or Eid-ul-Azha or during Haj Pilgrimage Camels are cut as sacrifice in the name of God and we some people can eat meat. Everything God created in Arab are good so Camel found in Arab huge quantity so there is no question of bad of its meat.

Yes I have eaten Camel Meat several times, it is two times costlier than mutton(lamb) and slightly harder than farm chicken. I like its fat. Very recently I had Monitor lizards meat, even I had started a discussion about monitor lizard..

Nope I can't say that I have. I don't even know where it could even be found here in my country. Seems kind of sad to eat such a helpful animals. Probably the most unusual things I have ever eaten are octupus and squid. But they are not unusual you can find them here if you look hard enough and some restaurants serve them here as well. They are not bad, a little chewy but not bad.

I have never eaten camel. They are not part of our world (I live in South America and in my country I only see a camel at the zoo ot at a circus). But when I was little I ate whale´s meat many times. I have eaten frog legs, ostrich meat, horse´s dry meat (charqui), snails and several sea food that are eaten here. I have eaten (and eat) raw meat and fish. There´s probably more, but I can´t remember right now. Happy posting!
