Why is my kitten acting this way towards the other cat?

my kitten is hissing and growling towards my brother. why is she doing that?

Ah you mean another cat not your brother a human?Opps sorry,probably a territorial thing, as in you're in my territory get lost!

Your brother probably has a odor(no offense or anything) that the kitten doesn't like.Sure your brother might not smell but animals have a more sensitive sense of smell than humans.Or maybe it doesn't like strangers and thinks that your brother is a stranger.
