Hi. I understand your situation because. There were times before wherein I couldn't control my desire and urge of wanting to have something and wanting to try new things. It's really difficult for we cannot find time already to do some important things that we need to do because we are already addicted to something again. Well, all I can say is, just teach yourself on how to control things. It might be difficult at first but sooner or later, you'll be able to do it. Always think that you can and never ever say it's difficult. Remember, what that mind conceives, the body achieves.

have you tried talking to a therapist? i only say this because sometimes a person has this type of personality because in childhood something happened.. such as when some people have such a fear of abandonment it came from a parent leaving them when they were young etc.. there are many things that could be causing it and until you figure out why you are like this it will be hard for you to control it..
if you by chance are bipolar (not saying you are but just saying) then its one of the traits of it and it doesnt have to have a reason it just comes with it.. im bipolar and dont have it but know a lot of people that are and its a huge problem with them..
i hope you dont think im saying your crazy or anything i just love psychology and have noticed that sometimes it does take seeing some one to figure it out.. i know people tend to get offended when the word therapist or shrink comes out but im not meaning anything negative or anything personal about it so i hope im not offending

I am so glad to see you back. I also have an additive personality so what I choose to do is pick the things I am addicted to. We only hear about harmful addictions, but if you look at it anyone who does anything successfully is addicted to doing that so why can't you and me choose a positive, beneficial thing to become addicted to? Give this some thought and I hope it will work for you. Blessings

How about take a few math courses??? Math courses will exercise the reason part of you. If you do not let the reason part lead, the feeling part will loose you in whatever feels good. The reason part can tell you to stop even though it feels good because what you are doing isn't good for you.
