ip listed in CBL

my IP is currently listed in CBL. and i really don't know why.. the other day i requested for it to be delisted and it was succesful. the following day that i woke up, i was shocked when i got a new Ip address and it is listed again in the CBL. so again, i requested for it to be delisted and it was succesful. just this morning, i check my IP, it is back from the original and AGAIN, it is listed again in CBL. pls help... :(

I agree with the hoot man, Norton anti virus and webroot spy sweep should do the trick. But what is CBL???

I would strongly advise against going anywhere near Norton (unless it's the bike)!

Have you run a reliable virus check? It sounds very much as if your machine is infected by a trojan so, until you get rid of it, the problem will recur however often you change your IP address.
