myLot or Face Book

Well im glad ur having fun on this site.As for me im having so much fun at facebook.I like the games there so much,however i dont get anything from it but mere aumusement and enjoyment.Haha.Yeah i hope i will kinda like this site in the future..and yes i hope to have friends here too, Hope i can have u in my page here. I have never had facebook and visiting mylot was the first time i have ever @chatted@ with other people on the net. My niece has facebook and let me tell you, no offence intended, i made her delete hers, as i personally think that you give away to much personal information. I may be wrong, as i do not know facebook at all, but i will never go on facebook and i will try and keep my nephews and nieces away from it as long as possible. At least at mylot you know that no one can ever get any information from you. They look safe enough for me. Safety on the net is rare as we all know to well.

Well...buddy i dnt think there is n e comparision between the two sites......One is purely a non profit stuff we do for our frnds...but as per mylot...its all bout money ...honey...

I realise I'm probably by far in the minority for saying this, but I think Facebook is probably the most tedious site on the whole of the internet lol.

hi tunexzy! I definitely choose mylot over facebook! haha! I'm not being "so loyal" in site but basically I enjoy what I do in here. Not because I earn some bucks but it is more of the experience I get in here. Although facebook is nice thing to have because I got to connect with some friends but I cannot be there like more than 4 hours.hehe! I don't know but I like mylot better.

I use Facebook for people I know in real life. Mostly those former classmates that I want to get in touch with. I barely use Facebook, its just something that I've signed up for and maybe check a couple times a week. MyLot, I can meet new people and is something I use quite often. Facebook seems more personal then MyLot. So I guess I would have to say that MyLot would be the better site for me.

I guess it depends on your interest and what you expect of the site. I haven't been a member of face book ever, but I saw my neice playing it the other day. She seemed to have a lot of fun with it because she likes all the games she gets to play there. Both mylot and facebook can get you in contact with friends, chat and contact. The big difference is that mylot will pay you for your effort whilst facebook won't, and that mylot offers discussions, tasks and blogs but not games like facebook. If you are into gaming facebook is the clear choice. If you want your time to be rewarded with a small cash fee, mylot is the obvious choice.

I do have a facebook account but I am not very active there. I spend most of my time here in mylot. I do check however my facebook once in a while, to interact with some of my friends and view messages. But just like you, I feel mylot is worth spending time with as compared to other sites.

for me facebook and mylot is too different community, as mylot i use for disscussion and facebook to be in touch my real life and online friends. As i dont know i am unable to keep my real friends in mylot. I like mylot and friends those are participating here with me, but i find huge difference in facebook and mylot.

If I had to choose one over the other, it would be Facebook, just because that's where I stay in touch with a lot of my family. I would miss MyLot tho, because I have more in depth conversations here on topics that mean a lot to me. Glad I don't have to choose between the two! lol

Hi tunexzy,I love both mylot and face book.I do visited both every day.Mylot and face book are part of my daily routine since i've started.I enjoyed so much in mylotting as well as playing my games in face book.Happy new year! Good luck!

From the day I started here at mylot. I was not able to open my account at face book. I have been enjoying this site. I can choose my interest and share my views to everybody. There are many substantial discussions here that are real life experiences and can be your guide or additional knowledge in your life struggle and situations. This site help each one of us to become a better person. Most importantly, It helps us to be just ourselves, what we have in mind, what we need for an answer.. it will never get you bored.

myLot... because I don't have a Facebook account, mainly because I don't think that it is worth it and I also think that it is just easier if I stay on myLot. They are both addictive, but you don't get the pressure to join or anything, and your friends don't pressure you. Of course, there is still the money incentive as well... :P

For the past 2 weeks I spend a lot of my time here in myLot and I barely open my Facebook except when I greet my friends happy holidays!

I actually use both. I don't spend a lot of time on facebook though. I just log on to check my board, and peoples status. When I spend a lot of time on either site though I spend more on here. I would rather be on here socializing with people rather then playing games on facebook. I like being on here a lot more.

i can't really decide which is better. facebook has its advantages too. i go visit it because of the games and applications, as well as the pictures my friends posted. but, myLot has interesting people and discussions, plus the added bonus of getting paid (however minimal) for the posts you make. so, for me, i like them both. and i usually have them both open when i'm online.
