The perfect site for that is called allvoices.com. It is international and you make money for writing news stories. Pay is according to how many reads you get on your articles. So if you want to write a whole lot of news articles that is a good place to do it. They just changed their point system they used to pay for comments and votes but they don't anymore, now they are paying strictly for articles.

I think you are searching for sites like allvoices..No other site is like that..Infact it is not possible for a site to pay like this..Allvoices also did this just for promoting the site..Many members joined the site, promoted this site to get refferals, worked a lot..Finally this site scammed the members..They just introduced this points program to get good traffic for thir site..Now they got it and stoppedthe program..Many members who worked there did not get their credit.It is just waste of time to look for sites like this.
