I am trying to loose some weight, but got a bit of a problem doing so.
To start off, i do not own an exercise machine, nor do i have the money at the moment to join a gym, it is too cold to be going for a walk outside, i'll just end up freezing my nose off or getting the flu, I live in an apartment with people living below me, so i can't be jumping on the floor to do a workout. I am trying to eat a little healthier to help with the weight loss, but what kind of workout can i do when i have these problems facing me??
Any Suggestions would be great...please!!!!

One word for you...DANCE!!!! It sounds stupid, but dancing is a great workout. You don't have to be jumping up and down either, just dancing and moving your hips is great exercise. Also cleaning the house is great exercise as well. Vacuuming is a great exercise, the back and forth motion works both your core and your arms. Another thing you can try is to do some sort of exercise on the commercials while you are watching tv. Try just doing some crunches or push ups on the commercials, it doesn't seem like much but every little thing you do adds up. Try and be on you feet as much as possible, standing burns more calories than sitting. Each pound of fat on your body is 3500 calories so in theory, every 3500 calories more you burn compared to what you eat is losing a pound of fat. Good luck!

Dance is a great work out and works pretty much all of your muscles. If you have a little bit of money and a computer or xbox 360 they have many dance workouts you can stream live. I also agree that exercising during commercials is an awesome way to stay in shape. I know of a celebrity that does this. They do push ups during commercials.. ((Push ups is probably the best free work out you can do))

Select an exercise pattern to suit your life style. All of us have different life styles and professions so there is no sense in trying to follow the book strictly. Try and follow an exercise routine that is suitable for you. You have to understand that even more important than the exercise it is sticking to it. So unless you choose something that can suit your life style, you are not going to stick on to it.

yes do circuits but be lite on your feet. Here I will give you a quick workout that isn't to loud and is free.
First get your favorite fast paced inspiring music going.
1. side step back and forth for about a minute to do a quick warm up.
2. Add in 30 uppercuts
3. Add in 1 minute speed bag
4. Side step kick left, side step kick right (15 on each side)
5. Add in 30 punches
6. hit the floor for 20 crunches
7. Flip over and do 10 push ups
8. Flip over for 20 more crunches
9. Hop to your feet and do 30 uppercuts
10. Add in speed bag
11. Side step for one minute
Take a break, drink some water and repeat 1 to 2 times daily.
This should not be too noisy. If and when you can add in Jumping jacks I def. reccommend it.

Hi, I know how hard it is to loose weight but once you get on the right track its very easy to follow. I lost myself a few kilograms by changing my diet as well as started to excercise.
First of all you have to change your eating habit
Eat a breakfast, lunch and dinner-stick to it. If you are hungry in between choose low calorie snacks, like fruit or veg with low fat humous for example.
Drink water, herbal teas or black teas- they are calorie fruits. I read recently that you can put a lemon wedge or a cucumber slice into your water if you dont like the taste of water.
You can go on You tube there are a few good videos for workout- i tried one which name I cant remember anymore-but it really helped me.
It helps if you try stay full -this helps you not to eat anything unhealthy or to snack in between. Wish you look in loosing weight, sounds harder than it is
