I have just seen him on tv once since the thing happened. If you think about it he probably has a nice contract with several commas and doesn't want to lose it. If he has a bad health problem he could.

With what he has already revealed about his previous health issues, I doubt he'd try to hide something like this. He probably did have chest pains, my husband has had them and was released the following day after tests showed nothing. It happens. :(

I read that same info on the news. It seems that if he had something like a heart attack, he would have been required to stay at the hospital. Maybe it was just bad heart burn. Or maybe he is so out of shape that a little physical exertion was just too much for him and he mistook it for chest pains. Who knows... I'm sure if it turns out to be something juicy it will come out eventually.
