hi buddy! before you determine should take all into the consideration ,first of all i think nine months work experience is not enough for new job. you also have to take a look at the labour law that i remember if the employer not sign the contract with employee then actually you have worked for him for nine months without contract ,it's implied contract shall be protected by law and do not provide insurance and pay delay both against the labour law.you can apply for arbitration as the relevant organization .maybe you can get compensation haha......

I would find another job before quitting this one if I were you. Jobs are hard to come by due to the economy. So on your spare time I would look for another. You rather be safe then sorry. Good luck to you!

Jobs are hard to come by so i would not quit this job without something to replace it with. Few jobs are ideal and maybe you should make a move, but try to have something lined up first. It always pays to be cautious.

At present i am working as a network engineer in a software firm and i enjoy this job a lot.I never think of quitting this job, because once we quit the job,it is very difficult get a new job in the current recession time.First, try to get a new job and make your side safe, then think of quitting the current job.Now a days it is not so easy to get a job according to our taste or choice. So before quitting the job we have to think twice.

hi denglihai,
If you are really unhappy at your work then I think you should keep your eyes open for another job. I don't think it would be a good idea to just up and quit until you actually have another job to replace this one. Jobs are pretty hard to find right now and just quitting a job doesn't really look too good on your resume. Neither does being out of work for long periods and that is a real possibility.

I would suggest that you find another job first or a part time online work before resigning. If you are financially stable then maybe you can survive not having any work for a couple of months. I used to have the same experience before and it actually took me a year before finally leaving the office. I got really pissed off that's why I left the office even if I do not have any job yet. But I made sure that I have an online job and a small business. Until now, I'm still surviving. =) if you are no longer happy and your skills are not being developed I guess, it's now time to leave.

Being practical in the present time is the best reason for you to not quit your job right away unless you have an option for a new job to replace this waste job you have right now.
besides, if you quit your job, you will have an additional experience to add on your resume in application for the new prospect job.
If you have other sources of earning and need not to replace a new job. Then, I suggest for you to quit the job already than pushing yourself to a thing you do not enjoy. It will bring you despair and regrets.
Instead, after quitting the said job. think of it as a learning experience and next time, you will be much smarter to choose a job that will fits your lifestyle and fair compensations for you.

If I were you, I will quit the soonest possible. There's no point staying in that kind of job wherein you cannot learn anything and you cannot even get some benefits. Even if you are still a fresh graduate, you deserve to find a job that is worthy of your time and effort. Look for a better job that can give you better opportunities. If you are no longer happy with that job, then never hesitate to look for another. Remember, the most important things about a job is to be happy and learn from it. I guess you are still young since you have mentioned that you just graduated. You can still find many opportunities along the way.

If you want to learn more you can always put your spare time into studying what you wish to learn more about by independent study.. Don't quite your job until you have a secured place in a new job to replace it, and if that fails make sure you have enough money saved to last you a long time.. You can always buy your own insurance.. Not many jobs do cover that.. Hang in there.. And really think this through.. It is better to have a crappy job instead of no job... I wish you the best whether you find a new job, or stay are current one :) .

hi denglihai!
i would have to agree to the other posts. you have to consider first how you stand financially. you should save up first. most importantly, try looking fo a new job before quitting. jobs are really hard to find especially if your a fresh graduate. so it would be best for you to look for jobs where you think you can learn more and check if you have a big chance of getting that job. because if you leave now with nowhere to go, you might end up being jobless for a while. which would be more harder than just trying to be thankful for what you have :) check for opportunities before you do anything. i do wish you all the best! :) please do let us know how things will work out! :)
