My Neobux account has been suspended!

It breaks my heart to see the message on my browser. I have been negligent to my PTC accounts, myLot included, due to my very busy schedule nowadays. All I have time to do is work and rest. Even during the holidays, I had work. And I've been sick due to the stress I've been dealing with. And the moment I had the time to log on again (plus the annoying fluctuations with the internet connection), such news greeted me. I couldn't help but be sad. Darn it.
How could I possibly "unsuspend" my account? Please, I'm at a loss.

I am sorry to hear such terrible news, I am not able to help you but just listen to your sorrow. You might want to try to email the admin on this problem, perhaps he would be able to help.
find under support on the lower left hand corner of the page you should be able to find it.

You can contact NeoBux admin and ask them why your account suspended. I think they will give you an answer why your account suspended. Just try to contact them. They will help you. Happy Mylotting and Hope you can get back your account.

this has happened to me before, the solution that the admin recommended for me didn't work at all. my suggestion is that she should email the admin so that they can recommend a solution, which i failed to follow by the way

My account is back! Thank you for your advice! Apparently, being inactive for 30 days renders an account temporarily suspended, and if inactive for 60 days - permanently suspended *shudders*.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm sorry that I don't know what to do to help you either, but just like others said, you could try to contact the admin and ask for help, or do according to what cpnarnaulia has recommended.

well like you, my neobux account has also been suspended due to account inactivity. Its actually my 3rd account in neobux cause the first two had been suspended.

hello aix,
that happened to me before, two years ago, and what i did was sent a complaint to them. then, they gave me instructions after sending me the some sort of a clearance number or trouble ticket number, but didn't work that they deleted that account. . as of now, i am doing my best to reached the ten dollar maximum pay out but not so active there..

What?? They raised the pay-out amount?? Oh darn it all. Just when I have to start from scratch again. *Sigh* Oh well, serves me right I think
