christmas season in the Philippines

hello... we have this family tradition of cooking tinubong and tupig, native foods of our province. Tinubong is a food placed in wooden bolos and sealed with a foil. Tupig is a food wrapped in banana leaves then steamed. Instead of wrapping gifts bought from the malls, these tinubong and tinupig are what we give to our relatives and friends who comes and visits us at home.
