having friends is one of the wonderful things that can happen to you in your life time. If you have a true friend, you will be one of the happiest person in the world. Unfortunately, there are people who only pretends to be your friend. What do have in mind?

I have always believed that it is better to have one true friend than have a thousand of not so trusting friends. There is more to life than having a lot of friends. I have encountered a few years back having a lot of friends but never had a chance to be close to everyone so I reverted to having a few trusted friends than relating to a lot.

Hi warrenick: Welcome to myLot. I'm sure you will have lots of fun and also learn so many things. Those who pretend to be your friends cannot be called "friends". they are just hangers on or passing the time. Don't lose sleep over them warrennick and don't tell all your secrets to anyone unless they are tried and tested for quite some time, or should I say a long time. Like you say, it's always better to have one trusted friend than saying you have so many friends who cannot be relied on or who will turn their back on you when they are really needed. Friendship is also built on faith and trust. Hope you will find good friends in the New Year warrennick and I wish you good luck.

We are both starters in this site. Good luck to the both of us at mylot. I would rather be alone with my children than to be with people who I know will laugh at me when I turn my back. It is better to be with my husband for bonding to be with people that calls me friends when then dont really mean it. I would rather have one true friend than to have a thousand who just dont know what the word friend means.
