Pay Pal Power Up Party

This party was the first ever PayPal Asia Community event here in Malaysia. Needless to say, I'm proud to be one of the invited guest, there are many more members who wants to go but their RSVP-ed got rejected due to limited space. The night, there are roughly 250+ ppl at the club.
Overall the party was great and there were some attractive games and cash are meant to give aways!
Not only that, before the event is officially start, we enjoyed the food and music, free flow drinks and games. The food served are all in bite size and tasting spoon food, feeding the crowd bite by bite. We were okay for it, but we seen some people were complaining about the food wasn't enough to fill up the tummy.

Dear Vingyan,
Happy New Year to you and family :)
I did received the mail about this event in my e-mail.
However, I did not RSVP as I had an excursion to the
Kuala Selangor to see fireflies. From what I read in
your blog, it is really exciting and fun. I would like
to join this event in the future. Hope to see you there :)

Happy New Year to you too! Thanks for dropping by your comment at my discussion ! Yeah , i did post about the pay pal power up party at my blog with some pictures too! It was indeed a very happy gathering for all the ebayer and pay pal users! I even bump into one old school friend at that event! I hope pay pal will organise the same event next year again! Hope to see you there too!
By the way how was your excursion to Kuala Selangor? You able to see any firefly at this rainy season? Hope you have a nice day!

Glad to hear from you again! I have never seen any firefly in Malaysia. I think Sekinchang is a famous place to see firefly too? I have seen firefly in Gold coast only. I think those firefly is different from what we have here?
For the pay Pal power up party, I really enjoy it very much! I even bump into a old school friend in that event. We havent see each other for years. But I didn't meet any bloggers in that event. I think most of the participants are ebayer.
I have just receive all the games cash prizes from Pay pal from what I have won in that event! There is a total of rm300 on what I have won! Yippie!

Yes, we saw fireflies, all over the trees along the river.
Just like flickering Christmas trees. It is a rainy week but God indeed
very good. On that day there was not a drop of rain. It is a whole day
excursion. We went to see pottery making factory, paddy field in
Sekinchan, Bukit Melawati and eat at Kuala Selangor. At 9.00 o'clock
we cruise along the river in a sampan. It is very spectacular :)
I truly hope that Paypal will have the event again this year.

Hi Drannhh!
Thanks for dropping your comment in my discussion! Hope you are doing well there! In the invitation email from Pay pal, it was written there dinner will be serve, so I think most participants expect to go to that party with empty tummy! Overall the food served is nice and tasty but only in bite size.
There are three games provided. Each participant was given three games vouchers. So I won some cash prize from the games and till now I have yet receive the cash prize money in my pay pal account.
