You want to lose weight just to look good or because of the fact that it reduces your immunity towards diseases and decreases your energy and you feel tired very soon...

Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. It’s a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You may have your morning cup of tea but have it after a glass of water. It is good for you.

I have so many reasons for wanting to lose weight!!
1. Become more healthy
2. Live longer for my family
3. Have more energy
4. Look and feel good about myself
5. To advance im my career
6. Look amazing for my wedding and honeymoon!
All of these reasons sort of fall together. I am starting a new diet on the 8th and hope to lose the weight before my wedding!

I want to lose weight because of my hormonal imbalance and to be healthy. I want also to fit on the clothes that I want to wear because I had a difficulty in fitting clothes. So that is my goal this year because last year I failed to lose weight. I want to look good at the same time to increase my immunity.
