I think some actions may help you keep your body warm. For example, you take a bag fulled of hot water at your hand for long time, your hand will become warm.Or wearing gloves is also helpful. In addition,if you want to keep your whole body warm,I think doing some sports is a good way.Of course, living a warm house is the straightest way to come over cold.

since you have known the reason why you always feel cold, you can solve this problem and improve your fitness condition by do more exercise and eat healthy food.
but before your health get better, you should wear more clothes if you go outside.
when you are at home, I think the air condition is useful. If it is not avilable, you can immerse yourself in hot water for a while, after that you will feel better.

The best ways to keep warm in this weather is to wear layered clothing, keep moving and eat small, but regular meals. If you sit still constantly you are not keeping yourself warm so walk around the house, put your favourite music on and dance about or do some exercise. A really easy thing to do is drink hot drinks and when you are waiting for the kettle to boil walk around the kitchen.
I also think that it's better to use a hot water bottle and/or a blanket rather then just switching the heating on everytime.

upto my knowledge if you want your body to be hot you must start working continuously ,that means dont sit idle at only position ,do continuous work like moving your hands ,moving your legs shake your body ,any work but continuously ,
if it is too cold then there are some pills available in the market
or else take one onion, cut it and keep them under your arms for a few second you can feel the change, just try it, most of them say it works.

First of all, I want to say that just forgot that you feel too cold because your attitude to any problem must be high than that problem. You just wear full and thick clothes, do exercise (mainly of legs and hands) . Add heat giving foods(like eggs) in your diet. Also,Forgot to take pills because it will make effects on your body on long way. Just, do physical labour. In the last I want to say you if others cn bear this cold than why don't you?

hi bingchen I do notunderstand why you would not want to take'the medication the doctor prescribed., why go to a doctor if you willnot obey him, he must have felt there was something making you cold, probably you are anemic with a low red blood cell count and this will make you really susceptible to cold weather. so if you take iron to build up your blood you will not be so horribly cold. I take it beca use I had the same problem. sometimes medications are really necessary and will only do you good. the medicine will make you feel much warmer. Doctors are for helping people to become healthy.go back to your doctor and take the medicine he proscribed. also ask him to explain to you what is wrong with your health so you can understand it and know why you need to take the medication.

My hands also get freezing in the winter and I find it impossible to get them warm so I've been looking for some heated gloves. They don't cost much and are supposed to be effective so they could be an option for you.
You could also try wearing layers of clothes and a fleece jacket will help keep you warm.
Gingko and ginger are also supposed to be good for your circulation but I imagine it would take a while before they became effective.

Brrr. It is very very cold here tonight. For feet and hands, insulated gloves and boots really help in the outdoors, as does a warm hat. Once back inside, if I just cannot seem to get warm again, a hot bath is always the answer, along with something hot to drink!

I'm always very cold in the winter time as well. When I lived at my mother's house I was always the one that was guilty of adjusting the temperature in the house to a higher temperature than what she liked to keep it at. However, now that I've moved into my own house I am very hesitant to raise the thermostat in our house because I don't want the gas bill to be too high.
Now, some of the ways that I keep myself warmer during the winter are that I do layer the clothes that I am wearing. I've also found this year that if I keep socks on my feet I seem to stay a lot warmer as well. Additionally, I like to take warm baths when I am feeling especially chilled.
