If you ever have a baby what would you prefer girl or boy and why.....

I have always wanted a girl. I have no kids yet, i'm not ready for them, i really don't know why, most everyone in my family are girls, on both my mother and father's side of the family, all but 2 are girls. But hey, i wont complain if i have a boy lol

If i ever have a baby it doesnt matter tht its a boy or a girl.....the best gift that god will give me would be very precious and beautiful no matter a girl/boy.

I really wouldn't care either way. I see pros and cons of having each. I am not really into the idea of having kids, and I don't anticipate doing it any time soon, as I'm only 19. And I think when the time comes, it's really not going to matter what the gender of my kids are!

I will be having my first baby on May but I didn't know yet the gender. I prefer to have a baby boy on my first child because it is ideal in the family and an older brother can protect his younger siblings. But though I will deliver a baby girl I am still happy because it is my own child and i am contented on it because god gave that gift.

I always wanted a boy for a first born. It gives me that secured feeling that he will protect his siblings from harm as their big brother. I have no elder brother and I was always wishing I had one as a child. However, a daughter as the eldest is also responsible enought to think of the welfare of her younger siblings. My sister took good care of me and my younger brother. Plus, she assumed the role of a parent whenever our parents were out for work. Whatever, boy or girl, if they are my own kids, I will love them with all my heart. A mother can be happy with either a boy or a girl for a child.:-)
