Hey, i'm kinda new to mylot and I was wondering what is the best way to get or earn more referrals to make the most out of mylot?

'Kinda' new' means you have just joined?
In that case you would be better off if you learn how things work here for yourself so that when you have some referrals you can then guide them too.
