If I am paying for cable or dish tv, why am I still bombarded with commercials? Supposedly the commercials are income for the stations. However, if I am paying to view the channels, purhaps commercials need to be done away with! What do you think?? IF we pay for tv, should we have to watch so many commercials?

Other than an external antena there's not anything else free or even low cost here in USA. It's like if they take away the free broadcasts we'll be "forced" to pay for tv from one source or another.None of them are too reasonable!

I agree with you. It doesn't make any sense to have commercials when you're PAYING for channels. It's ridiculous. You would think that those channels would already be getting enough revenue as it is, but apparently not. *shrugs*. But this is just the way it goes, unfortunately!

Yeah. It's frustrating though that we really don't have the power to do anything about it. And if they do away with free tv, their revenue will be greater, so whose pockets are they padding?

Haha I feel you on that, we should be able to always fast foward past the commercials! I think that majority of the commercials are pointless anyway!
