You and my husband would make a good pair, lol. He loves any dessert as long as it's cheesecake! As for myself, I love profiteroles.

Both of those sound good to me but I would definitely choose cheesecake over profiteroles.
But I would like profiteroles with ice-cream in them if it was possible...yummy

Hi Ros
I went out for a meal with some friends recently and I actually had profiteroles with ice-cream in them!

well, it's a good question but also a difficult one. i can not choose from these two: the chocolate cake or the cocomilk flan. But now i have to give up both of them because i need to loose weight! Poor me

Please dont ask me this question because I'm starting to crave LOL.
Well, if you would ask me about dessert I would give you a longer list but since I have to choose only one, I'ld choose Leche Flan. Leche flan is a Filipino custard popular dessert cook by steam. The ingredients are as follows: egg yolk, condense milk, evaporated milk, vanilla and caramelized sugar on top of the mixture. Its good to chill it before serving.

That sound very delicious I love custard dessert...yummy my favourite bit on trifle is the custard.
I must try this, so you just mix all the ingredients together and no cooking involed?
