I agree that is now how she got in shape. However, my mother in law just purchased the product because she had a friend that bought it, did it for a week, and lost 2 inches off of her waist. I did hear the places where you put yourknees are uncomfortable from websites and stuff but wash clothes or knee pads should fix that. The commercial does com on quite often doesnt it?

I don't think anyone that is on any kind of commercial like that gets to looking great from just using the one product. They hire people that are already in the fitness industry. I get so tired of seeing some of those commercials but apparently since they keep running they must be convincing to some people and make a lot of money off of people that are just wanting to lose weight and get in shape in a hurry instead of taking their time, doing it right and using their own body for resistance. You never really need any expensive equipment, you just need the know how to stay in shape.
