laughter is a key to a good life and good health : it can diminish of feelings of tention, anger and sadness.just as exercise conditions our bodies.frequent laughter can train our bodies to be healthier.when laughter is a regular exprience .it lows blood pressure and boosts brain chemicals that fight pain .it can also reduce stress hormones that increase vulnerability to illness...
so ,,to make laughter a regular part of our life.there is some ways to make a laughter.try keeping a humor journal in which you record some of the amusing things that happen to you...another technique is to create a weekly fun time look forward to...such as watching a comedy video or having a dinner with your friends that features joke telling ..another your time spending with children and animals...etc...so hi friens have you a regualr laughter? and which your source to make a laughter? ...also today did you laughed?....good laughter...

I love to laugh, I love being in a good mood. Even when something goes wrong, I can find some kind of weird humor in anything and sometimes I would rather laugh than cry and it seems to just make things better before they can get worse.
I tell some horrible jokes sometimes but can make anyone laugh. I think that is the one thing that a lot of people like about me, I can change a lot of peoples moods from a bad one to a good one in a matter of a few minutes.

I do i lough often, I am a happy person. I am not saying that everything is going smooth in my life but I like to except all the news with a smile on my face.
Today I laughed several times today but I remember once it was because my mother made a delicious meal and I took the plate with all the food for the family and started saying MY PRECIOUS as Golum in The Lord of the Rings.
I like to make jokes especially on my own account.
I know laughter is healthy and I like to laugh.
I rarely find comedies funny...like for example Mr.Bean he makes me laugh but I can't watch him for more than minute of to because he just make me nervous and angry after a while because I start understanding what kind a stupid thing he is going to do and I can't even watch it. I like funny shows like That 70's show and similar ones because they are easy to understand and aren't making fools of themselves...well mostly they don't.

Well I don't schedule laughter, but I try to laugh as often as I can. I spend time with my friends and family and when I've been feeling down I go looking for something that will make me laugh. I don't think I've laughed yet today so I'll go on YouTube and see if I can find a funny video to watch. lol

Ya I do laugh very often. And there is not a day when I live without laughing. In fact I feel really frustrated when I do not get the circumstance to laugh. In fact I feel suffocated if I do not get the chance to laugh. It is said that laughter is the best medicine. Well it has so righteously been said so. I sometimes feel so saturated being is places where dignity matters more than enjoying lives as they are supposed to be enjoyed. At those times mind gets jammed with desperation, as it finds no way to get out of its’ so called “dignity maintenance”. Such situations do occur with people in the society. And I really feel sick in such circumstances. But what ever may be the case there is no life without laughter. And thanks a lot for startinbg this wonder ful discussion about the best medicine in human life.

I believe that you have to laugh at yourself. If you can't do that, then there is nothing worthy to laugh about.

hi there!
As they say, "Laughter is the best medicine". I always smile and laugh about a lot of things. Oh I just did!! Actually just awhile ago, I laughed at my niece who's mimicking what I do or say. She's two years old and she loves doing what I do, I mean she's copying what I say and act. She's so funny. A natural comedian. Haha! Love her!

I'm sure that everyone naturally loves laughing but there are some internal n external reasons that make them laugh more, happy, or even sad n cry. Laughing is good for health b'coz it triggers us to be happy n think positive towards everything so that it affects something else positive too. UHmm... a feedback of feeling. here goes the description: Laughing - happy - feel good/better - think positive - positive effects to our body and/or our circumstances. yeah today I laughed b'coz of my friend. Even, nowadays laughing is used as a means to therapy.

i have developed a conscious habit to laugh at simple joyful things which life offers.life is too short to be spend in regretting.hence any pretext to help you enjoy genuine happiness should not be delayed.keep laughing and enjoying life...

I find that I laugh at least once per day. I consider myself to be an upbeat individual, and it doesn't usually take much to trigger laughter from me.
I also heard that laughing releases chemicals that can help increase your lifespan and ward off depression. Keep laughing and keep MyLotting friends

It's so true what you say about laughter being good for us.I think as soon as you start laughing about something, you immediately feel better, don't you. I'm pleased to be able to say that I have laughed today. I met a friend for coffee and we had a good chat and a few laughs while we were together.

I always want to make myself happy, but it won't be that easy as people described it, keep on laughing. We all knew the healing power of laughter, and how much we enjoy our laughs with friends and family. But sometimes, we just couldn't control our emotion. We rather lock ourselves inside our room to have a moment of silence. Thanks for the support here.
