fewer responses and comments lately

I've noticed this too. Personally, when I'm on vacation for the holidays, I'm MORE likely to come on MyLot. But I guess it's different with different people, right? I have noticed that it's a little less.. busy around here. Which is kind of a bum deal, because it's the most fun when others participate and when there are a lot of new discussions being started. *shrugs*. Hopefully it will pick up soon!

Since I started, I was never that active, but after i started having more and more friends, my mail box would be full. I now have many more friends that i had, but I only get post from the same few members. I have friends that i have not recieved a notification for since I accepted them as a friend. I guess people aren't writing or just found something better. i was thinking about quiting myself because of the amunt of post that I responed to and my pay only increases about 2 or 3 cent.

Yes the same thing happened to me when I left myot for a couple of months and even now getting the kind of responses I used to get at one point .I guess mylot is now a different place from when I just started.Well it could be that I am not writing great discussions but I doubt that ,I just think that many persons are just not participating as much as they used to

One reason has been Christmas and New Year festivities which took the spotlight away from MyLot for a while. MyLot members were also busy with their families and I know quite a few people whose families would not like to see them hooked on to the net on a family holiday! Now that it's over people are returning to their routine and MyLot is actually part of that routine for many, like me for example! Another reason could be the rise of another social site, similar to MyLot that has become quite popular lately because of its fixed rate pattern. In the fixed rate pattern each task that you do on the site pays you a amount as published on the site. You can write comments, blog, upload photos and videos and much more and if one spends half an hour, pays almost a dollar a day depending on your speed. If anyone wants to message me to know more, I will be glad to help. I have been active throughout the holiday season since I did not travel much this time. Fortunately, I have been able to balance my time between my family and the internet :-).

I only have been on for a few days, so I am pretty active. I notice that a lot of my own discussions only gain one or two responses. It could be just because I am new. Then again, I could just be horrible at communication. Either or, I am pretty active right now, and I do not get many responses.

it seems opposite for me. ive been receiving responses and even comments from both my post and responded discussions. maybe i hit the right members here who are posting quality discussions. i would advice you to try reading some of the responses of other members and see for yourself if they do respond actively and with sense. happy mylotting lovelyn_medrano

Maybe u don't find the topic which interests u ,if u feel bored u can have a rest to adjust urself.Sometimes I'll have the same feeling,don't know what to say.haha,all the best!Happy my lotting.

actually i have this same experience before 4 months,the reason as what you said i am not active with mylot.so i become active lately with mylot,because i hope to communicate with mylotters,this can be helpful to improve my english,because of my active with mylot,i make many friends and i often recieve many responses and comments,i like to do in mylot.

Hello lovelyn_medrano me too think this days mylotters do tend to take some rest int he first half of the month.Even myself in the last year in dec starting, got an week off for an outdoor trip.Even in christmas and new years eve the no of discussions and responses nearly dried up, felt scarcity of it on mylot.Me too most of the time like to spent some spare time on mylot, than any other thing.Am too not getting enough goo discussions to respond them, as well as neither getting enough responses to mine started discussions.Hope this thing will be over quicly, as the new years starts here with mylot.Happy mylotting.

hello again, the main reason for that is that most people are on vacation, at least some are doing it away from mylot. me, on the other hand, taking time to do other things since my internet connection got disconnected again. i got used to it now since i don't want to be another problem when i see another increase in the phone and internet bill. for now am just as good as inactive, i will be when my phone is reconnected

hi friend i too experienced the same as you for the past one week friend i too got only few response. i think mylotters are busy in vacation enjoying new year. from yesterday i am getting better response,i think mylotters are coming back from vacation friend so you too will get good response friend have a nice day :)
