Hi myLotters. I just wanted to receive feedback, I will take any kind. I have been struggling since the age of eleven with binge eating, starving and purging, the latter two which I have been able to cease due to an excellent program. However I live my life with a binge eating disorder I can't seem to controll. I have even tried things like Overeaters Anonymous but found that their policy of abstinence against certain foods was too much pressure for me and increased my anxiety ten fold. Food has been my friend, comfort for as long as I can remember and now at a weight of 275 pounds at 33 years of age I am starting to believe that it could mean my death in the end. I have had gallbladder surgery and ulcers due to how I eat. It has been getting under better control via therapy but still not to the point where I can lose weight. I don't have plan, don't know where to even start. Is there anyone else out there suffering with this, anyone who has any advice that could help?

hi there....sorry i have never been in a situation like yours but i can offer some advice on the fact that binge eating and purging can really screw with your body to the point where it dont know what to do so you wont be able to loose the weight...omg i am in love with food myself...over the last few years i had lost a little over 100lbs putting me down to 170...it took me so long cause i had a couple babies during that time....anyway for me it was mind over matter....i guess i just wanted it so bad that i made it happen

Exercise out doors as far as possible. There are two advantages of doing whatever you are doing out side. One advantage is that it gives your body a chance to get a lot of the much needed fresh air and sunshine. The second advantage is that the surroundings keep you perked up and it is a break form remaining cooped up all day lon
