Hi there. I really want to get a past life regression but am dubious as to the accuracy of the outcome. I am a spiritual being and a believer but am uncertain as to how a reading of this type can be attained. If anyone out there has had a reading of this type I would love to hear about your experience.

Hi I think that past life regression can be very healing. I went to a group regression with the author Brian Weiss, (Many Lives, Many Masters) It was very interesting. After being taken to a very relaxed state I saw flashes of a life that I believed took place at Stonehenge. I saw a flash of someone I know as a friend now that I think was there at that time. I wondered if I had just been dreaming. However when I went to see a psychic a few months later I asked how I knew one of my guides and I was told it was from my Stonehenge lifetime. I think that many people are healed of unexplained fears by finding out that it was really something that happened in a past life and should be let go of in this lifetime. Just having an explanation can be a relief that is helpful in letting it go.
