The Lady Time Lord was "Donna"? That's why she went to sleep and knew Wilford? Are you sure? Why did she look so differently?

I am reading some spoilers that say that the Lady in Red/White was the same woman and possibly either the Dr.'s grandchild, mother or wife. Also there is some connection with it possibly being Wilf's mother and that he was a Time Lord made human...

At the wedding, Wilford asks the Doctor who she was. The Doctor looks over his shoulder at Donna and avoids the question, giving him the lottery ticket instead. Then he leaves and Wilford starts to cry. That was our answer.

we don't know, it's been left open for either Stephen Moffet or another writer to pick up later or left to our imaginations, but it could be either The Doctor's wife or Mother from before he left Galifrey and the tv programme started (or even a far future version of his grand-daughter Susan from the original series)
