record each day do you do?

Iam a system engineer,every day a lot of phone customer and coworker,many times this would hava interrupted the original work is another thing to do,so every night when i sum up the day's work content aways feel that very confusion.
Do you hava this experience? share your experiences or stories.

Nope,if I'm a lazy kind of person so if I don't have too I won't do it.I have tried writing diaries to keep a record of my days,but eventually I throw my diary somewhere and don't bother anymore.Since not much happens it's no great loss

At work, I keep a notebook where I list down the things I have to do. I check what I am actually able to do and add things that I accomplish that are not in the list which I mark just so I can keep track of how much I can really get done in a day.
