Going by train is my favorite way to travel. I have traveled by train in my own country, across Europe, in Kenya, In Malaysia, in the USA, in Australia and in New Zealand. In the day time I enjoy looking out of the window. In the night time I like to sleep in a comfortable compartment. I think that trains are interesting and comfortable. Sometimes it is nice to chat to other passengers.
I have to travel by air when I go far away. I find airport security like taking no water bottles stressful. I don't like the lack of leg room on the plane or the uncomfortable seats. The lucky thing is planes are fast. After I five hour delay I reached Cape Town all the way from London in just twelve hours. Often plane trips within Europe are cheap. In the summer I shall be flying to Canada with a baby daughter and my toddler son.

I love travelling and especially by train. Those lushy meadows, passing landscapes, the setting and the rising sun, the rivers are always a feast to the eyes and also the mind. A travel by flight may be quick but the fun in travelling by train is really different. The co-passengers in the train are more friendly than the ones in the flight.
Welcome to mylot and happy mylotting.
