Have you ever had problems with your internet connection?

Hi Codris, I am also encountering problem with our internet connection here. Especially last season. During the Christmas and New Year. We are having some difficulty to connect and the internet is so slow. But, now, its fine. The connection is not that bad anymore.

With verizon dsl service has been good overall. most problems have been with computer or viruses. One thing has helped with the speed of my downloads. I recommend that you use Internet Download Manager. Fast and efficient and great for downloading movies.

Hi there, Computer and Internet are two sides of a coin. Perhaps there is no country on this Earth that people have not suffered due to internet failure. Be it America or any country this is a common phenomenon and would be there. Personally I have had problems with internet connection many times. This is quite normal I feel.

Yes few time due to heavy rain and snow fall i had problem with my internet connection and that point of time i feel very lonely at home but my internet provider gives me good service and connect me asap

Ya my friend. I too've such problems with my net connection. It always happens when I'm in a hurry. I get soo irritated that I feel like to break my modem.

hi friend i too have such problems in my net connection.if i try to download any games which consumes more MB at last few minutes internet connection will have some problem and will get strucked .it will be really irritating friend and when i will be checking any automatically it will log out before i complete checking.

All the time. Especially when I try to connect to the internet. I have wifi so when I turn my computer on, it's supposed to connect automatically. Most of the time it connect but it doesn't stay connected, it closes every couple minutes until it changes its mind and decides to stay connected. Other than that I've never had any problems with it.. That is annoying though, when it disconnects for no reason.

Yes. I especially have problems with my Internet on this site. Everywhere else runs much better. Maybe MyLot just needs more bandwidth or maybe my computer is getting old. I hope it's the first one because I don't have enough money for the second one.

Yes, I do have it quite regularly too. I just have it get disconnected on me because I am downloading big files. I think sometimes the Internet company's can't handle the huge file downloads or transfers. So I had to phone the company to fix the problem. Then there was a time where I had a blackout and couldn't go online for a few days. It was frustrating.

Just now my internet can not be connected, it has been several times. At the beginning I try to check virus. But there is no virus on my computer and do not know why. I only can reset my computer.

well lol i really face hell lot of times when i was using the reliance usb for my system that was the wrose situation i dont know why i was only have problesm but my friends connection was good but still my mains problem was for every day atleast it's get disconnedted and so i just changed my connetion to BSNL now i am really with my intertnet connection where i can get rid of that problem

The same as here. It runs very bad, slowly, n almost error. It takes very long time to loads several tabs n windows. It even gets worse after raining. I can't stand it when it get problem loading.

I have the same problem. Sometimes when I am downloading something, it suddenly stops and I can't connect the net anymore. Then, I have to reboot the route and it will work again. I don't know the reason and I just complain it here.

yeah i have internet problems all the time. i think its because i have a wireless internet and the modem is like all the way on the other side of the house.

It happens quite often for me. I live in the country and have a wireless connection which, for one reason or another, goes out for at least a couple minutes every day. Not quite sure the reason, but it's never too big of a deal for me. I think for you, maybe your company limits the amount you can download, and when you pass that limit, they cut you off temporarily.

All the time, the signal is dropping a lot when we have rain weather. Not even just a day to fix the problem it can be take two or more day. I leave my computer if this happen to me, and which make me disappointed is when I upload and download with big file size my power supply broken then I need more time to recovered all things on my computer.

Well there are two things why your internet connection is slow. The first thing is when you download files from the internet your bandwidth gets used so it appears to be that your internet connection has gone slow or having problems. Secondly if you are using torrent to download files then the torrent client uses your bandwidth is tasks such as in global connections ( seeding ) even if you are not downloading anything. I also have problems with torrent and the best way to solve it is ending the process called bittorrent.ext from processes in task manager.

I experienced having my DSL connection dropped a lot of times than it is stable. I remember calling the ISP support alot of times and ask them to finally give an end to the cruelty that I have been experiencing. After 3-5 months of endless phone calls to my provide and routinary troubleshooting, they have finally found the culprit: loose cable jack in their wall cabinet. Here is the catch: Before they were able to pinpoint the main problem why my internet connection keeps on disconnecting and sometimes, no connection at all even if modem lights are all stable, they keep on blaming my router as the cause of why the connection is dropping. The told me several times that the router is broken. I told the technician who have discovered the source of the problem that I am right that the problem is not my wireless connection using my router.

oh yes! Like all the time! There are days that it is really slow and I usually don't use my pc instead, I do other things. But there are days that I have fast connection especially after 12am. I really don"t know why, maybe because I am using broadband internet.

Hi codris: I use to download big files and i have the same problem with my connection. Maybe that's because my internet connection is obsolect nowadays. Sometimes this is simply bad and it makes me mad. I have to reset the connection and try again. Normally this happend with big files so it takes a lot to download them in my laptop, i prefer to this in my college. Thanks for asking me this question and sharing your own experience.
