How often do you do excerise?

Healthy is very important for all of us,do you often take excerises, what excerises do you often take ,and how often do you excerise?

Hi niuniu: I admit that I don't take exercises even if I understand that it's good for my health and that i'm a little chubby since last year. My only exercise is a walking everyday and to do the daily activities that my job require, period. Thanks for your answer and recommendations. Hope you are having a nice day. Well as we all know, we as women are always trying to be as healthy and as good looking as possible. Yes, i know, that sounds vain. I normaly exercise 10 to 15 minutes each evening before dinner and it is only the legs, thighs and of course the bum that has to be worked, before the flabiness sets in. It is not always easy, but hey, it is for your own good at the end of the day.

I use to workout 3 to 5 times a week but that was 1.5 yrs ago before I took on babysitting the tot from up the street...HOWEVER I decided that starting tomorrow I'm back at it and i feel good about it too....

not enough!! When i do though i like doing simple exercises like jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, leg lifts, ect. I like to play with my dogs and that gives me some excercise. I also like taking walks when i have someone to walk with, and going hiking on a mountain I live near by to, both of which is good exercise.

hi,niu,i am 46 years old and i am slender in physic..so i don't go for excercise but just everyday morning i will have 4 kilometers walk and take 1 glass of lemon water mixed with honey..thats all Have a nice time.

I regularly exercise. I do the abdominal and jogging exercise. I do this to maintain the fitness of my body and mind. I also do have eating patterns that is nutritious for my health. This is one of the most effective way to loose weight at the same time have a healthy living.

I actually do not exercise. My exercise that I can call my own would be when I spend time with my son. Since he is very active you get yourself moving all the time. I also make sure I have a 10 minute walk to the office just so I can say I was able to exercise even if it is not going to the gym.

i agree with your opinion i often walking in the morning, i also often playing football and basket with my friends in last week and in the spare time

come to think of it i haven't exercised for nearly a year~!!!! i often would play some sports with friends, but life is getting busy!!!

Light exercise: everyday. I either ride and muck out in the stables, or go for a walk. Taking my horse for a stroll along the river isn't really very demanding, I just sit there and let him do the work, but I get out, fresh air, and walking around in the stables is also exercise. And I try to remember to walk the stairs and not take the elevator. Normal exercise: 2-4 times a week, depends on how many trainings (right word? hmmm) I ride and how many long walks I take with my camera.
