Holidays are over... Back to work tomorrow!

Hello everyone! Our two-week vacation is over. We are expected to go back to work tomorrow. Earlier today, I saw a lot of students who are alighting buses from the provinces. It seems that they are also ready to go back to work. I have mixed emotions. I am excited to go back to work because I miss delivering my lectures and I also miss my students. I also miss the usual coffee break I have with some of my co-teachers. But I am also sad that my long vacation is over. This means that I might not be able to spend that much time again on myLot.

Well, you were FAR luckier than many with 2 whole weeks off. I'm abit envious there. The first week of the New Year and all the getting back into a non holiday regular schedule will be kinda relaxing for me. I love the holidays but they are such a busy time too. And I get to hear about how all my friends/co workers spent their time and what they did, which if fun too. Always a bittersweet time of the year for me. Tho a New Year does seem like a fresh start with new possibilies and I'm all for making 2010 an awesome year!!!

Today, back to reality that we have to work. So far, I wasn't happy about it. I did not anticipate working again since I would rather stay home and take care of my son. But of course, I have plans for 2010 thus my focus now is to accomplish them all.

I came back to work today after six days of leave and two holidays (Christmas and New year). I got back to work today, but I don't feel to work. I have a lot of work to complete today. I feel relaxed and refreshed after getting back to work completing the break. The only checked my email for a few minutes during the vaccation. The only thing that excited me about getting back to work is Mylot. I check Mylot during the intervals of work.

Well, unfortunately, I'm not happy with my vacation. Why? It's because my father gave me a pretty PAINFUL gift: "Bruise and cuts on my right eye". Sucks doesn't it? And the worse thing is that I'm going back to school tomorrow. It'll be so embarrassing, *sigh*. But the good news is that I'll be reunited with both my friends and classmates.

Well, I'm glad your holiday gave you some time to rest. Maybe you'll still have time to pop in here from time to time.

So youll be back. I didnt have much time to do mylotting in the past vacation days. Happy with some of my folks, but still working on the 24th and see some movies and on the 30th for the celebration of one of the heroes here. It is work time again and I didnt know we will be having our classes starting Jan. 5, 2010 (classes for a government scholarship which we will be taking for 6 months, one week in school, one week at work doing our daily works and at the same time doing our assigned tasks.

Hey dolce! I was afraid this was going to happen! I was hoping you would have still been able to spend some time with us, but I do know how busy our schedule is! So I want to wish you the very best this semester and hope that maybe you will be able to drop in now and again to say hello! I know that you have tons of classes to prepare and tests to grade, but will be thinking of you anyway! Best of luck this semester, hugs, Opal

Yes, back to work tomorrow. And it is going to be real work as I know I left tons of work back in the office. Good thing it didn't snow much this winter, so the drive won't be as terrible. But since it's a Monday, traffic will be its usual. Hopefully, I could get my sleeping pattern back to normal and wake up early.
