First of all before you join any program you must have paypal account.The key point to get money online is paypal account.Without it it's useless.There are too many program worlwide including India. There are many many sites, some legit and some not, you'll find this out for yourself though, in the mean time, just avoid the sites that say you cannot be from india, as they monitor your IP and generally track where you are from...
