The value of vision

Have you ever been part of the team that didn't seem to make any progress? Maybe the group had plenty of talents, resources and opportunities and team members got along, but the group just never went anywhere.There s a strong possibility that the group has lack of vision?

yeah the lack of action usually stems from too much discussion relating to or not relating to what was trying to be achieved but probably the biggest problem for groups is lack of decisive leadership

well,
If I see my group is lacking on something then I have to make a move to make sure they are understanding the situation. to do this by yourself is not enough but you have to make it works. It will give you a good resolve if you know how to show them what is the benefits
