We are human and that's why we all need to sleep. However,if you happen to know the way you sleep:you will probably laugh about it.Some people will sleep with their face up at all times.Others will sleep with a whole night turn over. There are some will kick off their cover all night long but will never find it too cold to do so. There are also someone who will sleep like they are fighting a battle all the times that they will keep hitting on their bed left and right(if someone will sleep beside person like this,he or she will becomes a punching bag)There are another sleep like theyb are praying all the times.Since there are many different possibilities of your sleeping behaviour will be,share with us.

I usually sleep in a fetal position because it helps my lower back while I'm sleeping. This is going to make you laugh but I also will have my one hand under my face to prevent it from wrinkles. You know thoses wrinkles people wake up with on their face its from the sheets. If you keep sleeping and wrinkling your face in the same spot everynight it will become a wrinkle. I witnessed this on a friend years ago and swore I wouldn't let it happen to me.

Oh,that's new to me.I didn't know that your sleeping position will cause your wrinkle. You are funny because you will sleep iwth one hand under your face.I wonder what you arm will be after an hour^_^.Probably it will be hardly to strech again. But since it works for you, what can we say^_^.there rae many different sleeping postures for different people, but as long as you feel comfortable, keep it up.I hope you will have a good sleep tonight and with a comfortable posture as well.

My hand is just fine in the morning when I wake up. I do switch hands because I turn from one side of my face to the other.

I'm actually a very calm sleeper. I fall asleep every night on my right hand side and then in the morning I will wake up on my left hand side, but my husband says that I don't really move around very much while I am asleep. I don't know why I am like that, it is just the way that I have always been. I know that my husband typically sleeps on his back and our children are both fairly restless sleepers. When I am asleep, I always have to have a blanket over me while I am asleep.

In winter I love to sleep with my head in my warm blanket and I prefer to sleep on one side, left or right. This way I find it easier to fall asleep. But in summer I love to sleep on my stomach for some time before I choose to sleep on either side. I find it strange that I have such a sleeping habit. lol

I actually sleep sideways, since I am left-handed I like everything mostly to the left so sideways to my left while hugging a pillow. I rarely move but if I do it is either my son is so heavy and I wake up or my left side hurts already.

I sleep whatever is most comfortable for me at the time. There are times where I sleep on my back and that works out. There are times where I sleep on either side. Then there are times to sleep on my front. There tends to be different variations before I fall asleep and it always varies most of the time. Not to mention which way my legs swing or if they are straight. It depends on the day when I think about it.

I was thinking of the same discussion about sleeping positions. Well, since its here I would just share my habit when sleeping. They say that prefered sleeping position by individuals say something about the person's personality. Here's mine. I always sleep with foetus position, I curl up in the right or left side. I also do the starfish position in which both of my arms are up around the pillow.
