Trapped...

I am reading Stephen King's new book 'Under the Dome' it's all about a community that has been trapped in their town by a dome that has covered the area. They have been cut off from the outside world completely, nobody can get in and nobody can get out.
What would you do if this happened to your town? How would you cope? Would you panic and cower away or would you help? I'd like to think if this happened to my town everyone would pull together and try and find a way out of this situation but, you would probably get a few people that would be maybe too scared or just not be able to cope.

if they have been trapped for generations...i don't think there would be any surprise or panic...it will be more panic if it is not trapped...cuz it will be something different...for them!
i would panic if i was trapped all of the sudden...but with internet...i don't think i would care much!
neyways...just my thought...and it sounds like SIMPSON MOVIE!!!!!!! hahah....

Funny you should say that my daughter said the same about it being like the Simpson movie.
I have to agree as long as you have the internet it would not be too bad. But you would need a never ending supply of food and drink as well.

How would they be trapped for so long...could they not dig underground and get out that way? How would they provide for themselves since the sun could not grow crops? Im intrigued and want to read the book...is it good?

Yes they were trapped for awhile but they could not dig under it. Don't want to say too much more as don't want to give away what happens.
I think it is well worth the read well I enjoyed it anyway.
