What do you think life has in store for you

I know none of us can predict our future, But judging from the path you have traveled so far, What do you think your life will be like in 10 years. We can all hope for the best. But in my case my family has had a lot of health issues. My father has heart disease, My mother died from cancer 3 years ago at age 56. I am 30 and healthy as an ox so far, But my parents also were up until 40 and 50. I am kind of worried that no matter how well I take care of myself now, it may not matter in 10 years due to health on both sides of my family? Does anyone else have health issues on both sides and worried or not worried about the next 10-20 years. I know we cant change time and I know what will be will be no matter if I like the outcome or not.

I am sorry for your mothers loss.And hope your father will do well.Most people say things run in the family but that is not always true. My dad has diabetes and high blood pressure I have high blood pressure but don't have diabetes. My dad has bad knees I have never had a problem with my knees until a few years ago so I guess some things do run in my family. My daughter had epilpsey and I never had that. I am not sure what will happen or where I or we all will be in 10 years but I hope we are all in a happy and safe place. God Bless you and your family.
