I easily got irritated before when I'm stressed about my work because I didn't have any outlets. My previous job was really stressful for me since I was working on a night shift. Aside from that, the management was not really good at all. There was poor management and the salary was poor as well. Because of that, I got tired and finally decided to have my own business. I resigned from my company and started my own business. With that, it helped me a lot because I am no longer that stressful now. I am just working at home so its really hassle and stress-free. But of course, there are times when I feel a little stressed. If that happens, I usually take a nap or maybe just eat a lot of delicious foods. I can also watch funny videos on youtube or simply share my feelings through mylot.

I think you never regret resigning to your previous company. That decision helps a lot to you, to remove your stress.

For me the best way to handle stress in any situation is always SMILE. See all the positive things in life and has to offer for you. Stress will never be vanished or lessen if you are not determine to work it out and handle properly those contributing factors that causes you stress.. Second, never bring the problem in your workplace at home. When you are at home, relax and enjoy yourself by doings things that will please you. Have a comfortable sleep or listen to musics that will boost your confidence and personality. You can have a divert of interest and some multivitamins are helpful to help supplement your body recover what you have lost. Third, do not accept to much thinking of negative thoughts that will not be a good contribution to your life. Instead, reverse the problem in some possible solutions that you can attain for yourself. Lastly, be able to accept that people around you are there for you to become stronger as person. You can accept suggestions but you are the one who can make definite solutions in a problem you have. Stress is there but handling it wisely will give no effect or illness to a person. A positive outlook in life is the best remedy.

Well, I handle stress at work like I handle stress in life. lol. I listen to music...some pc's here at work have access to playing songs. But if none, then singing to myself will do. It always works. Well, for me that is.

When I feel so stressed at work, I just close my eyes and take a deep breath. BUt most of the time, I leave my work area and go to the pantry and have some water or hot choco. I also try to do some stretch my body a little bit to loosen up my tired muscles.

HOW DO I HANDLE STRESS AT WORK ? A nice question , FIRST: I keep quiet and pray to God. I pray for all the person/s who is making my day. I bless them , while I'm working. SECOND: I take a walk with nature, as to change the enviroment, it will quickly invigorate . THIRD: Talk yourself outr of it. That's it. And after leaving the office, SMILE and bless all of them.

I work under a lot of stress at work and please do not get me started on the pressure and speed we need to maintain during a 9 hour work day. I simply decided that when you start to really stress, just go outside, take a deep breath and when you enter your work area again, be ignorend, unless your boss or manager talk to you. What i have seen is that most of the stress in a few workplaces are caused by co-workers. I feel that you are there to do your work, not to entertain them.
