what is your favorite child hood memory? I live in Florida so what comes to mind most often for me is myself and my friends and cousin's lived near a lake. It was about a 1 mile hike through the woods but everyday of our summer break we would make that hike and spend the day swimming and just laying in the sun, Not a care in the world. We always packed a lunch and never returned home until dark. Our parents had no need to worry, they knew where to find us and there were enough of us that if somethign went wrong someone would get them. We actually spent a couple og hot nights camping out down by that lake. Oh what I wouldn't give to go back there and to be able to be a chile again. Those were the sweet days.

My favorite childhood memory was living in Florida, and riding bike with my brother. We'd ride our bikes as fast and as hard as we could, grab onto the palm braches, and swing off our bikes. I would still do it to this day, if we lived in florida still.

my favorite childhood memory is going to my grandparents' house on the weekends especially during late spring and summer. We live in the same city but she lives on the west side. On Spring break, when I was in elementary school, I looked forward to spending the whole week with grandma. We would go take walks in the neighborhood, try out free samples at the stores near her house, go to the playground, etc. When there used to be a walgreens down from her house, she would get us these activity pads called Funpads and we would connect the dots, color by number etc. She also sometimes baked so I would get a chance to much on poundcake or taste vanilla wafer pudding. When she made sandwiches for some reason it always tasted great. I don't what it is lol. I cherish those times now because now my grandparents are in their early 80s and I make sure to call her and tell her how things are going and ask how they are both doing. We just visited my grandparents on New Year's eve for the annual dinner with the whole family. I spent most of my time sitting in the kitchen with my grandparents.
