how to kick a daughter out of your house

I have this problem. I let my daughter move in to get her out of an abusive relationship. now i put her husband in jail. she holds this over my head. lives her and dont pay nothing to be here. I've asked her to leave but she calls the cops on me. they told here she has 30 days even though shesnot helping here. i've done everything i can i'm at wits ends. shes really getting under my skin. what to do

Do you live in the US? Because my boyfriend and his father do not get a long. (His dad is a drunk) The father kicked the son out, legally, with no 30 day notice. As long as she is not on your lease, you can legally kick her out anytime you want. Do a little research on the laws in your area, and see what you come up with. Then if you decide to call the cops again to get her to leave, you have the law right there stating she has to go.
