All over the internet yo find a lot of products, machines and tricks to have lucid dreams and I've tried almost all of them but they have not work for me. Have they for you? do you think is there any real method to be able to have lucid dreams or decide what you really wanna dream

I think I had a lucid dream once ...
my "lucid dream 101" was a three-second dream that was caused by a third-time eating a heavy meal and then sleeping too soon. In Philippines, it is a "bangungot" or nightmare-like.
But the difference is that I consciously observed my "non-particle self" "standing" facing what seemed to be a mild brightness that seemed to feel weird and indescribably pleasant...

I have heard about that and i now a person who says it is when your soul goes out of your body and you still have control over it and also said it is too dangerous and if you don't know how to control it you shouldn't try

Thanks for the kind warning ...
I felt bold enough to explore even when I was not sure. Perhaps it is because I was sure to recover from a normal nightmare 3 times already ...
Though like you suggest, there is a possibility that I may be unable to return to the "particle world"
Cheers
