Preparation to have a baby

hahaha... actually i am unmarried now and have not think it anymore. i think it will depends on both husband and wife. i am still waiting for her and with good understanding i shall proceed. thanks

It is wise to eat a healthy diet when trying to conceive. Folic acid is an important vitamin for a lady attempting to become pregnant. She should carry on taking the folic acid until 12 weeks pregnancy. If the lady has a 28 day cycle I suggest trying to get pregnant on days 7, 9, 11, 13 and 15 one month and days 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 on the next month. A pregnancy test can be bought at a chemist. It is wise to buy things for the baby before he or she is born. He or she will need somewhere to sleep like a moses basket, crib or cot. He or she will require clothing and I usually get the 0 to 3 months size for my baby. He or she will need diapers in the newborn size. He or she will need bedding like sheets and blankets. He or she might like a baby seat like a bouncy chair. He or she will need drink the mother's milk or be bottle fed with formula. He or she will appreciate some toys for babies of 0 to 3 months old. He or she could have a baby bath and a soft towel. From six months onwards he or she will need a highchair. I got a play mat for my babies.

before having a baby there should be stability: a stable family, a stable frame of mind, stable source of income and stability of that presence that would take care of the baby. good luck .
