What are doing to save money? Have you cut your expenses ..??.

2009 was a tough year for so many of us. We have had to tighten our bests so to speak and have scaled back much of the entertainmnet type expenses that we used to have. Neither of us lost our jobs but we are very much aware that the job outlook and economy of the US and other countries is in tough shape. What have you done to cut your expenses or have you kept everything the same? We have switched to enviromental Light bulbs all over our home and it has saved us money on the very first electric bill. So even tho we spend more money on the light bulbs initially, each is said to last 7 years and we'll recoup our investment in a few months. We also don't go out to eat as much or to the movies as much. I'd love to hear what other mylotters are doing to save money, and or earn more money.
