I can't log in to neobux

I already created an account to neobux butI can't log in what happened? this is the error it says : Login Error: Combination of username/passwordnot found, but Im entering the right passwords and username and I surely register to neobux and I already receive the verification code.Can you pls help me?

I also had this problem in the past but I did not have to do anything. It resolved automatically. I just tried a few times and I was able to log in. I don't know what was wrong with neobux.

I think only admin can solve this problem.So contact the admin top resolve the problem.
