Hello, i have a princess type shih-tzu her name is Muffin & a standard shih-tzu named Hoshi...i'll start with Muffin, she's too playful & alway's so hyper, And she's smart, she kows what the answer of 1+1=(ofcourse 2 barks) & 2+2 (4 Barks), she's really Friendly (i think shih-tzu's are really friendly). about Hoshi his color is black, a little touch of white :D, whe he was a puppy he's like muffin so hyper, i remember when he bumped into a glass door of the mall (_

I have one shih tzu named "Cody". I have had him since he was one years old. He is now 11 years old. In the beginning he was quite playful and so much fun. He does still follow me everywhere I go. If I'm sitting somewhere he will be at my feet. Now that he is older he seems to sleep alot more. However he still does a tap dance when he wants a bone or to go outside. He is very smart dog and understands everything I say, which I find amazing even after all this time. It sadden me though, to know that one day he will not be with me anymore. That I have now had the best years of his life with me.

We have a shih-tzu named Katie and she is just too cute. She is super smart, she is kind of hyper but not too hyper, and she is very protective of my girls. They are her best friend. 
I had always heard that shih-tzus were pretty yappy but the ONLY time she ever barks is if someone is at the door, that's it. When she wants to go out she just sits and stares at you till you let her out!
