countries, for example US and Mexican across border laid around Texas, then is that baby half Mexican and Half American? What if only the lower transversal of the body passed the border, than is the baby American from the waist up and Mexican from the waist down? This is strictly a native born question to define a nationality. Lets leave the nationality of the parents to mystery. Would it be a correct assumption to make? (Leave seriousness at the door please or knock first :0).

The question in the first place is why would you be having a baby on the border? Is the mom trying to run away from Mexico so her baby can be American? That has got to be uncomfortable. A guard coming by, and telling you to put your hands behind your back, while you are giving birth. Anyway, I am getting off topic. I would say that they are both. They have all of the American right and all of the Mexican rights. So legally the child could live in either child and be the president of either country also.
