Which IT Course is HOT now a days ?

As people say IT is much in demand, which IT course do you think is HOT or much in demand in order to get job fast.

I am working in a software firm as a network Engineer.If you are interested in networking area you can select different online certification courses conducted by Microsoft and Cisco.

I have Associates degree in Electronic Technology. But my degree don't just deal with IT. I am more on the hardware side. I know my degree uses the A+. Infact I am in the middle of studying for it to become A+ Certified. So I realy can't say which one to take.
