Anyone considered bankruptcy?

I am in the middle of it right now. There was just NO way I was going to be able to pay all the credit card bills, etc, once the roommate lost his job and he had been paying 2 of the Credit card bills. Even now with a month or so of not paying.. ( I still have to figure out how I can afford to pay the gas and the electric bill.) I can't really give advice as I am just starting the proceedings- it is very time consuming.. there are lots of things you have to give them.
