what is going on with clicksvista, quidscorner, and dollars4clix today

Today I have difficulties to view the ads on these three websites, clicksvista, quidscorner, and dollars4clix. Do you also encountered such difficulties? And do you always get the error message like "service unavailable"? I want to know if anyone have the similar problem like I have. Or anyone knows what is going with these three websites?
