What does e-tutor actually mean?

I'm an engineering graduate my friends. I few of my friends said that I coach well and shall start classes for students who've problem with their arrear papers. I friend of mine asked me to teach in net too and that they've options to do that.
What is this method of teaching my friends?
How shall we do it?
Do you know any websites doing that?
How will we be paid my friends?

Hi,
there are a couple of sites which take you in for tutoring. You have a couple of tests to pass.the website name is www.tutorvista.net. its a good website. But problem is that you have to work for 4 hours at a stretch which might hinder you studies.Its better to start tutoring during your vacation time.
