Is it possible to let PayPal delete a forgotten account?

Last month I was able to create a PayPal account and was able to use the debit card of my fiance to verify the account; later I found out that the $1.95 has been charged to the debit card already. Now my problem is that I cannot recall anymore the username and password of that PayPal account that I was able to create. So, I decided to create another PayPal account (I believed I've used same eMail, I dunno if that is even possible); but then when I tried using same debit card to verify the account I am getting error about it being used by another account (the first one). Whatta! Is there anyway I can make PayPal remove the first account so that the debit card cen be used for the new account? Thanks.

If you have created an account and you now believe that you created a second account using the same e-mail then there must be some problem. It is not possible to create two paypal accounts using a single e-mail ID.
You can do the simple thing. Log in to your e-mail and search Paypal.com You will get all the e-mails received from the paypal.
Then use that e-mail and try to log in to paypal. If you have forgotten the password then use the password recovery process and you can give the info required and reset the password. There is no need to create another account. And that $1.95 is also already been credited your previous account and you will get a verified account. So why you want to create an account again? Just try to recover the password of earlier account.
If you cannot even remember the information needed to recover your password then just use a different card.
May be after a while PayPal might delete your first account. Or you can write to PayPal about the problem. But using a different card is simple.
