Hi there. Yes, there are some who are still practicing the rituals. I guess everyone misinterpreted the wiccans. People who practice witchcraft are blessed people. They are not bad as what other portrait. They are people who do rituals to communicate with nature and etc. You'll understand what I'm trying to say if read "Brida" by Paolo Choelho. The author presented it perfectly in able us to understand why they are different. Here's a Synopsis of BRIDA...
A young Irish girl, and her quest for knowledge. She has long been interested in various aspects of magic but is searching for something more. Her search leads her to people of great wisdom, who begin to teach Brida about the spiritual world. She meets a wise man who dwells in a forest, who teaches her about overcoming her fears and trusting in the goodness of the world; and a woman who teaches her how to dance to the music of the world, and how to pray to the moon. As Brida seeks her destiny, she struggles to find a balance between her relationships and her desire to become a witch. This enthralling novel incorporates themes that fans of Paulo Coelho will recognize and treasure—it is a tale of love, passion, mystery, and spirituality from the master storyteller.

... and oh! Wicca here in our country are off different to other counties. I guess you are referring to "kulam" and "mangkukulam"? They are not the same.

I ask you...Is witchcraft still being practiced in the Philippines, a predominantly catholic population? Most countries in Asian regions still believe and practiced witchcraft. They believe in supernatural forces and how these forces can make a person sick or make a person well. No scientific reasoning can prove beyond doubts how this works but witchcraft is still surviving in some parts of my country too.

I'm also interested in witchcraft. In fact I tried to practise it, but it seems that one needs a teacher for it. How about we form a coven? hehe,

There probably are several citizens out there in the Philippines still practicing it, Though I am confused why as a previous comment said before that the Philippines are a Catholithic country! Crazy right? I'm a filipino and I have heard about witchcraft going on when I returned there for a vacation so I'm giving a guess that it still goes on.
